Welcome to Creative Hub Trading Center LLC-SP (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using our website chub.ae or any of our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our platform or engaging our services.
1. Overview
We operate as a multi-service fulfillment and business hub based in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. Our services include product storage, order fulfillment, e-commerce management, workspace access, and café facilities.
2. Eligibility
Our services are intended for legitimate business entities and individuals operating within the UAE. You agree that all information you provide, including trade license and Emirates ID, is accurate and current.
3. Use of Services
You agree to use our services only for lawful business activities. Misuse, fraudulent activity, or illegal shipment of restricted goods may result in suspension or termination of services without notice.
4. Fulfillment & Storage
Products stored with us remain the property of the client. Clients must ensure products are properly labeled, compliant with UAE regulations, and safe to store. We are not liable for damages caused by improper packaging, labeling, or force majeure events.
5. E-Commerce Management
We manage online stores and listings on behalf of our clients. Clients remain responsible for product accuracy, content, and compliance with UAE commercial laws. We do not guarantee sales or marketing outcomes.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We coordinate shipments through third-party courier partners. Delivery times depend on the courier. We are not liable for delays or damage once items are handed over to the courier.
7. Workspace & Café
Workspace access is free for registered clients. Food and beverages are available for purchase. Visitors must maintain professional conduct, and we reserve the right to restrict access when necessary.
8. Payments & Billing
All fees are in AED and subject to 5% VAT under UAE law. Payments must be made in advance or per invoice schedule. Late payments may result in service suspension.
9. Confidentiality
We treat all client data with confidentiality and use it solely for operational purposes. Client information is never shared externally without consent.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website (chub.ae), including text, graphics, and logos, is the property of Creative Hub Trading Center LLC-SP and may not be reproduced without written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, except in cases of proven negligence.
12. Termination
Either party may terminate service agreements with written notice according to contractual terms. Outstanding dues must be settled before termination.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and subject to the jurisdiction of the Sharjah Courts.

١. نظرة عامة
يعمل مركز ملتقى الابتكار للتجارة ش.ذ.م.م – الشخص الواحد كمركز متكامل في إمارة الشارقة، يقدم خدمات التخزين، إدارة الطلبات، إدارة المتاجر الإلكترونية، مساحات العمل، والمقهى.
٢. الأهلية
خدماتنا مخصصة للأفراد والشركات المسجلة في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة. ويجب أن تكون جميع المعلومات المقدمة (مثل الرخصة التجارية والهوية الإماراتية) صحيحة ومحدثة.
٣. استخدام الخدمات
يُسمح باستخدام خدماتنا فقط للأغراض التجارية المشروعة. أي استخدام غير قانوني أو احتيالي أو شحن مواد محظورة قد يؤدي إلى إيقاف الخدمة دون إشعار.
٤. التخزين والتنفيذ
تظل المنتجات المخزّنة ملكًا للعميل. ويجب على العميل التأكد من أن المنتجات مطابقة للوائح الإماراتية وآمنة للتخزين. لا نتحمل مسؤولية التلف الناتج عن سوء التعبئة أو الظروف الطارئة.
٥. إدارة المتاجر الإلكترونية
نقوم بإدارة المتاجر الإلكترونية والمنتجات نيابةً عن عملائنا، مع بقاء العميل مسؤولًا عن صحة المعلومات والالتزام بالقوانين التجارية في الدولة. لا نضمن تحقيق نتائج تسويقية أو مبيعات محددة.
٦. الشحن والتوصيل
يتم التنسيق مع شركات التوصيل المعتمدة. أوقات التوصيل تعتمد على شركة الشحن، ولا نتحمل مسؤولية التأخير أو التلف بعد تسليم الشحنة.
٧. مساحات العمل والمقهى
نوفر مساحات عمل مجانية لعملائنا المسجلين، وتُباع المأكولات والمشروبات بشكل منفصل. يُطلب من الزوار الحفاظ على السلوك المهني داخل المركز، ويحق لنا تقييد الوصول عند الحاجة.
٨. الدفعات والفواتير
جميع الأسعار بالدرهم الإماراتي وتشمل ضريبة القيمة المضافة (٥٪). يجب سداد المبالغ مقدمًا أو حسب الجدول المحدد في الفاتورة، وفي حال التأخير قد يتم تعليق الخدمة مؤقتًا.
٩. السرية
نحافظ على سرية بيانات العملاء، وتُستخدم المعلومات فقط لتقديم الخدمات المطلوبة، ولا تتم مشاركتها خارجيًا دون موافقة مسبقة.
١٠. حقوق الملكية الفكرية
جميع المحتويات الموجودة على هذا الموقع (chub.ae)، بما في ذلك النصوص والشعارات والرسومات، مملوكة لمركز ملتقى الابتكار للتجارة ش.ذ.م.م – الشخص الواحد ولا يجوز استخدامها دون إذن خطي مسبق.
١١. تحديد المسؤولية
لا نتحمل أي مسؤولية عن الأضرار غير المباشرة أو الناتجة عن استخدام خدماتنا، إلا في حالة وجود إهمال مثبت.
١٢. إنهاء الخدمة
يجوز لأي من الطرفين إنهاء الاتفاق كتابيًا وفقًا للشروط المتفق عليها. تظل الالتزامات المالية مستحقة حتى بعد الإنهاء.
١٣. القانون والاختصاص القضائي
تخضع هذه الشروط لأحكام قوانين دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، وتكون محاكم إمارة الشارقة هي المختصة بالنظر في أي نزاعات.

نقوم بإدارة المتاجر الإلكترونية والمنتجات نيابةً عن عملائنا، مع بقاء العميل مسؤولًا عن صحة المعلومات والالتزام بالقوانين التجارية في الدولة. لا نضمن تحقيق نتائج تسويقية أو مبيعات محددة.
٦. الشحن والتوصيل
يتم التنسيق مع شركات التوصيل المعتمدة. أوقات التوصيل تعتمد على شركة الشحن، ولا نتحمل مسؤولية التأخير أو التلف بعد تسليم الشحنة.
٧. مساحات العمل والمقهى
نوفر مساحات عمل مجانية لعملائنا المسجلين، وتُباع المأكولات والمشروبات بشكل منفصل. يُطلب من الزوار الحفاظ على السلوك المهني داخل المركز، ويحق لنا تقييد الوصول عند الحاجة.
٨. الدفعات والفواتير
